This is a DVD produced  by bullet maker, shooter, hunter, and outdoorsman Ralph McKechnie. The DVD is about one-half hour long and is a basic look at how to make paper patched bullets. While "Two Wraps & a Twist" is intended for the beginning paper patch bullet user advanced bullet makers will find it of value as well.
